"Holá! Shall we introduce ourselves? We are “Los Pibes”, a Brazilian duo with an Argentine nickname?"

The duo, formed by Caio Amantini and Raphael Pamplona, ​​was born in 2016 in Buenos Aires (Arg) while still at the Universidad del Cine made several music videos. Among them is the single “Hear me now” (with more than 550 million views) for DJ Alok, and also the award-winning music video “Tá com dollar, está com Deus” for the band Francisco el Hombre, which competed for the Latin Grammy in 2016, The Los Pibes-directed music video “MATILHA” has won many awards, including BAMVF, VISIBLE, KIMFF, and European Cinematography Awards.

Kinetic camera movement, emotionally rich performances, and texturized imagery are woven throughout Los Pibes’ work. Their ads dig into the psyche of offbeat characters and incorporate unusual, occasionally surreal aesthetics. Los Pibes has helmed films in a diverse range of countries, including Spain, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Georgia, and Brazil, collaborating with international brands like Google, Uber, Tinder, Netflix, Trident, Cup Noodles, Mondelez, Outback, Sprite, and Anheuser-Busch.
